Helping Hands Tax Network only receives personal information that you voluntarily provide when contacting us, requesting an appointment, registering for a program, volunteering, or making a donation. We use that information to respond to inquiries, coordinate services, administer programs, and maintain appropriate organizational records.
We do not sell or rent personal information. Information may be shared with authorized service providers only when needed to deliver requested services or comply with legal requirements. Third-party scheduling and donation services may have their own privacy policies.
For your protection, do not send Social Security numbers, tax documents, banking information, or other sensitive records through ordinary email or an unsecured website form. Secure document instructions will be provided when appropriate.
